Water Management


AMWUA water resources and management informationWith the goal of assisting the members in their water management efforts, AMWUA staff, in conjunction with AMWUA member staffs, evaluate and develop plans, policies, documents, and instruments that supplement and enhance the individual member's planning efforts on issues; and assist the members in complying with the requirements of federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.

AMWUA members utilize four sources of water - in-state rivers, Colorado River, groundwater, and reclaimed water - to preserve and enhance their quality of life and economic vitality.
