AMWUA Board urges CAWCD to refrain from asserting it has "sovereign immunity"

Pursuant to a unanimous vote at the April 27, 2017 AMWUA Board of Directors meeting, the AMWUA Board sent a letter via email to the Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAWCD) Board members urging the CAWCD to refrain from asserting it has "sovereign immunity" in any matter relating to Colorado River issues.
