Smartscape Training for Landscape ProfessionalsSmartscape Certification for Landscape Professionals. Knowledgeable instructors teach appropriate landscaping techniques including designing for energy efficiency, care and selection of desert-adapted plants and specific tactics for landscape irrigation. This certification is for landscape professionals who are looking for an edge for their business. The Arizona Municipal Water Users Association, municipalities of Avondale, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe support this regional education effort with the support of industry associations and other organizations.
