July is SMART IRRIGATION Month The Irrigation Association has named July Smart Irrigation Month to remind homeowners, landscape professionals and businesses about the importance of water conservation. Although July is hot in Phoenix, awareness of water conservation is not limited to the hottest month of the year. The installation of Smart Technologies can save hundreds of dollars a year* on your water bills. AMWUA's Technical Advisory Committee has prepared a list of things you can do to Tune Up Your Irrigation System that are specific to the Valley of the Sun.
